A multi-stage review by an expert panel

The Outstanding Asian Taiwanese Business Awards recognize Taiwanese enterprises that have built long-term operations across Asia, with categories including Enterprise Excellence, ESG, Transformation and Upgrading, Craft Heritage, and Innovative Management.

Candidates were assessed by a panel of experts from industry, government, academia and research institutions through preliminary, second-round and final reviews. MSEZ received the unanimous endorsement of the selection committee.

Two decades of zone development and more than 40,000 jobs

Development of MSEZ began in 2005, making it the first of Cambodia’s special economic zones. Since then, the zone has continued to build roads, power and water supply, together with zone management and investor services, giving tenant companies a stable base for production, operations and expansion.

Today, the zone supports more than 40,000 jobs.

About 10 hectares of land for vocational education

In June 2026, MSEZ donated about 10 hectares of land to an industrial vocational skills program led by Cambodia’s Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training and the Asian Development Bank: about 7.3 hectares for a training institute and 2.7 hectares for student dormitories.

Developing local talent is a foundation for the zone’s long-term growth. Vocational education facilities are also part of the plan for Manhattan Twin Star SEZ (MSEZ 2.0).

Earning recognition through long-term commitment

For investors, choosing a location is about more than land and factory space. It is also about a partner that supports long-term, stable growth.

The award is both recognition and a responsibility. MSEZ will continue to strengthen its infrastructure and investor services and deliver on its commitments to tenant companies. Companies interested in setting up in the zone are welcome to contact us.
