  Leads administration, HR, general affairs, legal and internal coordination to keep the company running smoothly, cost-effectively and in compliance, while strengthening company culture and organisational effectiveness.

  Key responsibilities

  1. AdministrationSet and enforce administrative policies, records and fixed-asset management; oversee offices, vehicles, security, cleaning and other general affairs; control administrative costs and propose savings regularly.
  2. Human resourcesDevelop and update HR policies (recruitment, appraisal, compensation, training); manage employee relations, staff care, insurance and labour-law compliance; build talent and organisational culture.
  3. Finance and budget coordinationSupport the annual budget, monitor administrative and HR costs, and review departmental expense claims and purchasing.
  4. Legal and complianceReview and manage contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance; track regulatory changes and advise management.
  5. Cross-department coordinationOrganise and chair internal meetings to put policies and decisions into practice; coordinate resources across departments and resolve conflicts.
  6. Risk and safetySet safety rules and implement occupational health, safety and fire measures; manage operational risk and maintain crisis response plans.
  7. External relationsMaintain relationships with government, the community and suppliers; plan and run CSR and external activities.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; business administration, HR or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years in administration, HR or general affairs, including 3+ years in a management role
  • Familiar with HR, administration, general affairs and factory audit processes; skilled in budget control and cost analysis
  • Knowledge of labour and commercial law, including Cambodian factory audit regulations
  • Working Chinese and English; Khmer is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, systematic thinking and problem solving; resilient, results-driven and comfortable using AI tools

  Manages production and development of nonwoven and related products, ensuring yield, capacity and on-time delivery.

  Key responsibilities

  1. Nonwoven production and developmentRun manufacturing and development of nonwoven and related products, securing yield and capacity.
  2. Department managementLead production control, quality control, purchasing and other departments so they work together smoothly.
  3. New product managementMonitor production of nonwoven products and set schedules to deliver to customers on time.
  4. Site operationsHandle day-to-day operations inside and outside the plant to keep the site running smoothly.
  5. Project managementDeliver assigned projects, including new product development, process improvement, quotations and costing.
  6. Quality controlEnsure nonwoven products meet quality standards and carry out the necessary QC measures.
  7. Materials and equipmentTrack fabric and trim usage and wastage; understand basic operation and maintenance of sewing equipment.

  Requirements

  • Proficient with computers (Excel, ERP systems, etc.)
  • Able to read production orders, process sheets and patterns
  • Experience with ISO, 5S or similar systems preferred
  • Bilingual, able to communicate with local staff in English

• Finance Supervisor

  Finance Supervisor

  Handles plant accounting, tax and cost analysis, and provides management information for production units and headquarters.

  Key responsibilities

  1. Accounting and taxKeep the books, support tax filings, and review financial work to ensure it meets standards.
  2. Systems and cost analysisFamiliar with the modules and setup of Digiwin T100 / Tiptop, with hands-on experience in plant closing and cost analysis.
  3. Management reportingProvide cost and management information as production units and headquarters require.
  4. OtherOther tasks as assigned.

  Requirements

  • Professional knowledge of accounting or audit: bookkeeping, closing, financial statements and analysis, tax planning and filing, internal audit and controls
  • Manufacturing plant accounting and Digiwin ERP implementation experience preferred
  • 2+ years at an accounting firm preferred
  • Motivated, accountable and ambitious, with a stable work record and willing to take a long-term overseas assignment
