On September 30, 2022, Dr. Hun Manet, a high representative of the Prime Minister of Cambodia, inaugurated the RMKH Glove factory in Bavet, Svay Rieng province.
At the ceremony, Dr. Hun Manet praised Medetcs Manhattan Group for their investment decision, especially during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. He stated that this investment is an important contribution to Cambodia’s socio-economic development and will help promote economic growth.
Dr. Hun Manet also highlighted that Cambodia has become a major destination for foreign direct investment over the last two decades, leading to the country’s fast economic growth and reduction in poverty rates. He added that the government is taking measures to create more favorable conditions for exports and attract foreign direct investment, including the adoption of a new investment law and strengthening the resilience of the national economy.
