How are weekly and monthly discounts calculated?
Weekly contracts (7+ days) get 10% off — single USD 315/week; monthly contracts get 30% off — single USD 1,050/month. Rates follow calendar weeks/months and cannot be prorated by day.
Is there a deposit? How do I move out?
A USD 200 deposit applies. Give 3 days’ notice; the deposit is refunded after room inspection.
