\u5408\u683c\u6295\u8cc7\u9805\u76ee\u8207\u7d93\u6fdf\u7279\u5340\uff08SEZ\uff09\u4f01\u696d\u53ef\u4eab\u751f\u7522\u8a2d\u5099\u8207\u539f\u6750\u6599\u514d\u7a05\u9032\u53e3\u3002\u672c\u6587\u6574\u7406\u5236\u9020\u696d\u8005\u6700\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u6e05\u95dc\u6d41\u7a0b\u3001\u6587\u4ef6\u8207\u7a05\u7387\u8981\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6d77\u95dc\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6a5f\u95dc\u8207\u7533\u5831\u7cfb\u7d71<\/h2>\n<p>\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u6d77\u95dc\u4e8b\u52d9\u7531\u6d77\u95dc\u8207\u6d88\u8cbb\u7a05\u7e3d\u5c40\uff08GDCE\uff09\u4e3b\u7ba1\uff0c\u9032\u51fa\u53e3\u7533\u5831\u900f\u8fc7 <strong>ASYCUDA World<\/strong> \u96fb\u5b50\u7cfb\u7d71\u8fa6\u7406\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u9700\u5148\u5b8c\u6210\u6d77\u95dc\u6ce8\u518c\u3002\u7ba1\u5236\u985e\u5546\u54c1\u987b\u65bc\u88dd\u904b\u524d\u53d6\u5f97\u4e3b\u7ba1\u90e8\u6703\u8a31\u53ef\u3002<\/p>\n<figure \/><\/figure>\n<h2>\u9032\u53e3\u6e05\u95dc\u6d41\u7a0b\uff082026\uff09<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\u63d0\u4ea4\u5831\u95dc\u55ae\u8207\u96a8\u9644\u6587\u4ef6\uff1a\u5546\u696d\u767c\u7968\u3001\u88dd\u7bb1\u55ae\u3001\u63d0\u55ae\uff08B\/L\uff09\u3001\u9032\u53e3\u8a31\u53ef\uff08\u5982\u9002\u7528\uff09<\/li>\n<li>FOB \u4ef7\u503c\u8d85\u8fc7 <strong>4,000 \u7f8e\u5143<\/strong>\u7684\u9032\u53e3\u8ca8\u7269\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b\u6aa2\u9a57\u5831\u544a\uff08Report of Finding\uff09<\/li>\n<li>\u6d77\u95dc\u4f30\u4ef7\u8207\u67e5\u9a57\uff08\u4f9d\u98a8\u96aa\u5206\u7d1a\u8d70\u7da0\/\u9ec3\/\u7d05\u901a\u9053\uff09<\/li>\n<li>\u7e73\u7d0d\u95dc\u7a05\u8207\u7a05\u8cbb\u540e\u653e\u884c<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u8ca8\u7269\u5728\u6d77\u95dc\u76e3\u7ba1\u5340\u53ef\u5b58\u653e 45 \u5929\uff0c\u903e\u671f\u6bcf\u65e5\u52a0\u5fb5\u8ca8\u503c 1% \u6eef\u7d0d\u91d1\uff0c\u8d85\u8fc7 3 \u65e5\u8d77\u8abf\u964d\u591a\u9805\u5546\u54c1\u95dc\u7a05\uff08\u96fb\u8166\u8207\u5468\u908a\u8a2d\u5099\u3001\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5668\u6750\u3001\u5929\u7dda\u3001\u6d3b\u79bd\u7b49\u964d\u81f3 0%\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u81ea 4 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u8d77\u5c0d\u96fb\u52d5\u4ea4\u901a\u8207\u6e05\u6f54\u80fd\u6e90\u76f8\u95dc\u8a2d\u5099\u518d\u884c\u8abf\u964d\uff08\u4f86\u6e90\uff1aDFDL \u6cd5\u5f8b\u8207\u7a05\u52d9\u5feb\u8a0a\uff0c2026\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>QIP \u8207\u7d93\u6fdf\u7279\u5340\u7684\u514d\u7a05\u512a\u52e2<\/h2>\n<p>\u767b\u8a18\u70ba QIP \u5408\u683c\u6295\u8cc7\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u5236\u9020\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u7d93\u6838\u51c6\u7684<strong>\u751f\u7522\u8a2d\u5099\u3001\u5efa\u6750\u8207\u751f\u7522\u539f\u7269\u6599\u53ef\u514d\u5fb5\u9032\u53e3\u95dc\u7a05<\/strong>\uff1b\u4f4d\u65bc\u7d93\u6fdf\u7279\u5340\u5167\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\u5c0e\u5411\u4f01\u696d\u8fd8\u53ef\u9002\u7528\u589e\u503c\u7a05 0% \u91c7\u8cfc\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u5340\u5167\u5b8c\u6210\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u901a\u95dc\u3002\u7533\u8acb\u6d41\u7a0b\u8a73\u898b<a \u4f01\u696d\u9032\u53e3\u8a2d\u5099\u8981\u4ea4\u95dc\u7a05\u5417\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u7d93\u6838\u51c6\u7684 QIP \u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u751f\u7522\u8a2d\u5099\u3001\u5efa\u6750\u8207\u751f\u7522\u6295\u5165\u54c1\u53ef\u514d\u5fb5\u9032\u53e3\u95dc\u7a05\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u5c0d\u5236\u9020\u696d\u6295\u8cc7\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u512a\u60e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u6e05\u95dc\u9700\u8981\u591a\u4e45\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u6587\u4ef6\u9f4a\u5168\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u8ca8\u4ef6\u7d04 1&ndash;3 \u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\uff1b\u7ba1\u5236\u54c1\u6216\u67e5\u9a57\u4ef6\u6642\u9593\u8f03\u9577\u3002\u7d93\u6fdf\u7279\u5340\u5167\u4f01\u696d\u53ef\u900f\u8fc7\u5340\u5167\u6d77\u95dc\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655\u52a0\u901f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><em>\u514d\u8cac\u8072\u660e\uff1a\u672c\u6587\u5167\u5bb9\u57fa\u65bc\u622a\u81f3 2026 \u5e74 7
