This marks a significant milestone in Cambodia’s progress towards eliminating landmines, which have been a major threat to the safety of people and the development of the country. The Prime Minister’s Project for Mine Action is an initiative aimed at clearing landmines and explosive remnants of war to promote safety, security, and development in Cambodia. The project was launched in 2019 and is scheduled to continue until 2025, with a goal of clearing all remaining landmines in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
