Kou Soman, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training. Mr. Meun En, Deputy Governor of Svay Rieng Province, attended on behalf of the Provincial Governor. Enterprises and vehicle owners were urged to strictly prohibit overloading, carry out regular technical safety inspections, and ensure that qualified commuter vehicles display the required colored identification stickers for easier supervision by competent authorities.
